- Right of access to personal data and other rights
- The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

- the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;

- The data subject has the right to obtain:

- the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
- confirmation that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data was disclosed or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the right protected.
- The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even where relevant to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales, or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
